15 of October 2015 in Novoyavorivsk held a round table “Establishment of cooperation authorities, the public and business to ensure sustainable development of the Ukrainian village”.

Representatives of round table were local authorities, leaders of NGOs and business of Yavoriv District.

The organizers of the meeting was Local Development Agency of Yavoriv in frame of Project “Workshop of intersectoral cooperation as an instrument implementing local initiatives” financed by EU.

The aim of Project is to establishing effective cooperation between local authorities, business and communities to solve local initiatives in Yavoriv District.

Representatives of round table discussed opportunities and prospects of intersectoral cooperation to realize local initiatives, preconditions of setting up ideal cooperation at local level and determination of effective mechanisms of intersectoral cooperation in Yavoriv district. Each of the participants agreed that the trust, openness and communication are essential in cooperation.

At the end of the roundtable participants, which represents the three sectors of society, highlighted local initiatives and ideas for future implementation to develop their communities.
